Louis Molinari

Chief Marketing Officer

Louis Molinari is the Chief Marketing Officer of Paloma Partners Management Company. Mr. Molinari joined PPMC in January 2025. Previously, Mr. Molinari was the Chief Marketing Officer for Aperture Investors, an alternative asset manager founded by industry veteran Peter Kraus. Prior to joining Aperture Investors, Mr. Molinari was a Managing Director and Head of the Capital Solutions group at Barclays for over 15 years. He was a member of the executive management team of the Prime Services Division and responsible for managing the Capital Introductions and Strategic Consulting teams within Prime Services Distribution. Mr. Molinari joined Barclays in September 2008 from Lehman Brothers, where he was a Managing Director and Global Head of the Capital Introductions and Strategic Consulting groups. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, he was a founding partner and President of Metropolitan West Securities LLC., a US Investment Advisor and Broker Dealer firm. Under his leadership, Metropolitan West accumulated over $400bn in assets under custody globally. Mr. Molinari was a member of Metropolitan West’s executive, credit and investment committees. He began his career at Merrill Lynch, working in various roles throughout the firm and ultimately serving as Managing Director of their Institutional Asset Management businesses. Mr. Molinari has a JD from Fordham University Law School and a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University. He is a member of the Bar in the State of New York.
